1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a VnRobo account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share your account or use VnRobo to control robots in a way that violates applicable law or endangers persons. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

3. Acceptable Use

VnRobo may only be used for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, using the API to facilitate autonomous weapons or surveillance without consent, overloading infrastructure beyond your plan's rate limits, or reselling platform access without a written agreement.

4. Service & Uptime

VnRobo targets 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (cloud providers, internet backbone). The free Starter plan is provided as-is without uptime guarantees.

5. Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by law. Overdue invoices may result in service suspension after 7 days' notice.
