We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company), information generated through your use of VnRobo (robot telemetry, API logs, usage metrics), and technical information (IP address, browser type, access times). We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for service delivery.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide and improve the VnRobo platform, send transactional emails (account, billing, alerts), analyse usage to improve features, and ensure security. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Robot telemetry data belongs to you and is never shared.

3. Data Storage & Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Servers are located in Singapore, hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure. We maintain automated daily backups. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel with multi-factor authentication.

4. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your account and all associated data, or data portability in JSON format at any time by contacting [email protected]. Requests are processed within 30 days.

5. Cookies

VnRobo uses essential cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies (PostHog) to improve the platform. You may disable analytics cookies via your account settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
